Seeking: Firm owners interested in selling client engagements as part of a succession/retirement plan. High interest in firms with technical or firm development talent. Will look at firms offering audit services providing the audit partner will commit to five years or until we can identify/train/groom replacement.

Desired transaction: Client Engagement Acquisition or Merger. Firms with annual collections of 150k – 1mm.

Transaction Purpose: Acquire high profit clients, gain market share, add bench strength.
